White Vinegar: A Journey Through Stagnant Light

is an attempt by one white American male to dig deep into the subconscious realms of his own being to see just what fears and conditioning exist below the surface.

Violence, carried out in the name of God and destiny, undergirds all relations in America, unless it intentionally does not.

Through a series of video and photo art, White Vinegar explores some most basic norms of America, and proceeds to follow their threads back in time. Private property, the fence, the individual, and tech billionaires to name a few.

Limited to one man’s journey into self, held throughout by a group of superb collaborators, White Vinegar is an offering of fragments to potentially someday fit into a whole. Whether this is contributing to a transformed America or something else entirely is yet to be known. But we can start to find out…
