What world exists inside of you? What is your wish for the earth? What needs to happen to make it so?

INNRSPCE: Finding Life On Earth is a fantasy-driven visual album featuring four dancers in early adulthood, grappling with the world they are inheriting and what they wish for the future. In it you will find four character-driven solo performances interwoven with brief open-ended group encounters.

We combine the use of the body, camera, lighting and bare studio space to tell a story from the inside out, honoring the agency and imaginations of young movers. Core themes that surfaced in the process include pivoting on a grand scale, balancing light and dark, and tapping into the wisdom of the body. Inspirations include Bernice Johnson Reagon, Whitney Houston, Jin, LiSa, Asian Kung-Fu Generation, ReiNa, New Order, Leikeli47, Chassol, and Raveena.

We invite you to continue the conversation with us @INNRSPCE on Instagram and facebook.com/innrspce, and by signing up for the list serv at innrspce.com.
